Allow entering zero-prefixed values in style inputs (e.g. 0.05em)

Currently, the style input fields block entering values that start with 0, which makes it frustrating to input things like 0.05em. I keep having to trick the input (e.g. typing 1005, adding the period, then deleting the 1).
